SMS privacy policy

This SMS privacy notice applies to the House of Meanwhile LLC mobile messaging program. It supplements the store's general privacy policy. For mobile information and SMS consent, the restrictions below control if any general sharing language in that policy would otherwise conflict.

Mobile messaging privacy

If you choose to enroll in the House of Meanwhile LLC text program, we collect your mobile number, any contact details you provide, your program preferences, and records of your opt-in and opt-out. Consent records may include the date, time, source, confirmation status, and wording shown when you signed up. Our messaging providers also process delivery and message-interaction information.

We use this information to send the messages you request, confirm enrollment, respond to support requests, honor opt-outs, and maintain consent and suppression records. Text subscriptions are optional and are not required to make a purchase. Our SMS program terms describe the program, message frequency, potential carrier charges, and cancellation.

We do not sell mobile information or share mobile information, telephone numbers collected for the text program, SMS opt-in data, or consent status with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This restriction takes precedence over the general marketing, advertising, affiliate, and data-sharing descriptions elsewhere in this policy.

We may disclose information needed to operate the text program to messaging service providers, including Klaviyo, delivery infrastructure providers, and mobile carriers. These providers may use it only to deliver and administer the program on our behalf, not to market their own products. We may also retain or disclose records when required by law or needed to honor your opt-out.

Reply STOP to the sending number to unsubscribe from marketing texts. A final cancellation confirmation may follow. Reply HELP for assistance, or email betweensundays06@gmail.com. Email and SMS choices are separate; use the unsubscribe link in an email to stop marketing emails.

Retention and your choices

We retain mobile-program information as needed to provide the requested program, document consent, resolve support requests, and comply with applicable recordkeeping requirements. We keep the minimum suppression records needed to honor opt-outs. You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, subject to verification and applicable legal requirements.
